The Longevity Leap: A Guide to Slowing Down Biological Aging and Adding Healthy Years to Your Life
Siim Land
The idea of living longer sounds appealing, but science is the most interesting part of it. Death is also the hardest problem humans have tried to solve since the beginning of history. Humans have been thinking about longevity for eons, but more so now than ever. For the last decade, scientists have claimed that the first person to live until 150 has already been born. Those same people say we’re about to enter the Longevity Escape Velocity, wherein our life expectancy will outpace death thanks to future medical advancements. As of now, we don’t know if it’s true. Regardless, it’s certainly exciting and thought provoking.
